Who arranges it & when is it done

Central Monitoring Services are often requested in the middle of the night to "Send Someone" when an alarm activates and no details are held in the database.
 

Definition

All client commissioning sheets must include FULL DETAILS of the response required which is paid for by the client.

 
Standard Procedures
  • The Name of the patrol company will be entered at the time the alarm is commissioned.
  • If patrol is requested by the client when details are not shown in the data then the client and installation company accepts any charges incurred.
  • It is preferable that the installation company arrange with CMS a preferred patrol company should #2 above occur.
