If Central Monioring Services monitor Open/Close times and you arrive earlier or are leaving after outside your agreed schedule, please contact our Control Room to either temporairly or permamently change your time schedule.

If you are going on Holidays or if your premises will not be accessed for a period of time during a Holiday period please advise our Control Room of such detail to ensure correct response of any alarm activations.
