Suzette Po-Williams - Has over 15 years experience in the security industry, covering all aspects from Static Guards, Patrols, Cash Escorts, Alarm Response and Patrol Officer Training.
Having now worked in all areas at our Monitoring Centre Suzette now holds the position of Customer Service Manager. Her 12 years of experience with Central Monitoring Services ensures our policies, procedures, and high standards are employed and implemented. Certifacte 1V in Risk Management, Workplace assessment accrediataion, ITAB and Australian Standards involvement and Industry training place Suzette unrivalled within the Australian Security industry.

Monitoring Centre - is operational 24 hours a day 7 days a week. There are shift managers responisble for the seven day operations covering DAY, AFTERNOON and NIGHT.

Consultants - CMS has a number of Consultants who support our IT services.
We provide Communications, network and individual security product support.
We currently provide service 24 hours a day, to ensure that all our monitoring equipment remain operational all times and running efficiently.
